Guidelines
- Conference Registration is Mandatory.
- Separate Workshop Registration & fees additional. Maximum 2 workshop /candidate.
- For spot Registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of Registration Kit for the same will be subject to availability
- Registration fees include Kit, admission to the Scientific Hall, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunch & Dinner along with cultural program.
- Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
- Delegate must bring receipt at the time of onsite registration at venue.
- Provide us your updated email id & mobile no. It will be used for the Registration, Certificate and other conference communication.
- Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons. Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
- It is mandatory for all Delegates to carry their photo id (Government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refund of Registration will be made only against the written request by email submitted.
- Till 31st March 2025, 25% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.
- After 31st March 2025 to 5th April 2025, 50% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.
- After 5th April 2025 No Refund.
