Guidelines
Review papers will not be accepted.
The abstract in brief which should include aim, materials and methods, results with statistical analysis, conclusion and clinical significance for research papers. Introduction, case presentation, discussion and conclusion for case reports. Photos, tables and graphs are not necessary.
The paper submitted should not be more than 350 words and must be in comprehensible English typed in Microsoft word compatibility mode,
times new roman font, size 12.The time allotted for presentation is 8 minutes and 2 minutes discussion. (Time limit will be strictly followed).
Guidelines for E- Poster Presentation
- All presentations should be digital posters (e-poster presentations).
- All posters should be made in PowerPoint format and will be projected on an LCD Screen at the venue.
- Presentations should not exceed 1 slide.
- The topic can be a research or clinical presentation.
- Poster presentation must be done by the participant. Each participant will have 5 minutes for the presentation.
- A certificate will be provided only to the presenting author.
- The abstract page should include the title of the poster, name of the presenter(s), institution, designation/year of study.
- The abstract should be no more than 200 words, in Microsoft Word compatibility mode, Times New Roman font, size 12.
Review Acceptance and Notification
- Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e-mail.
- Members of the Scientific committee will review all abstract submissions.
- Presenting authors will receive written notification of abstracts acceptance or rejection.
- All abstracts will be published in Abstract Book and may be edited for publication.
